About me

 

Athletics have shaped my life for as long as I can remember. I’ve always been driven to see how far I can go, how much I can grow, and what I’m truly capable of—physically, mentally, and emotionally. Competitive sports were the perfect proving ground.


But at a certain point, I began tying my identity too closely to performance. My sport stopped being fulfilling and started becoming a source of pressure. When I didn’t meet my own expectations, it impacted every part of my life.

I burned out. I lost the joy. And I realized I needed more than just discipline—I needed tools. Tools to manage stress, to stay grounded, and to find meaning beyond the next match or milestone.


That’s what I help my clients with now.


As a coach, I work with athletes and competitors who want to push themselves to be their best without losing themselves in the process. My mission is to help you channel your drive into a more sustainable, fulfilling life—on and off the field.

About Mindful Athlete Mentoring

My Background

 With over 10 years of experience teaching tennis and becoming RSPA professionally certified in 2015, I have engaged in coaching roles at clubs, high school, and NCAA levels. 


I am dedicated to sharing profound insights into tennis and universal principles of success. My journey includes diverse athletic pursuits, from tennis to collegiate cross country and triathlons, as well as current participation in BJJ, Muay Thai and MMA competitions. 


Through these experiences, I've accumulated valuable knowledge on achieving success and surmounting obstacles. 

My Philosophy

I believe in self-actualization through athletic endeavors. I strive to help people overcome internal conflicts within the framework of tennis, martial arts, and life coaching. I prioritize helping clients become stronger people to excel in athletics, school, work or life.
