I help high school and college athletes who want to outperform their competition while balancing their school and life responsibilities.
I believe in self-actualization through athletic endeavors. I strive to help people overcome internal conflicts within the framework of athletics. I prioritize helping clients become stronger people to excel in athletics, school, work or life.
I help young athletes (15-25) feel calm, confident, and controlled to win in competition and in life.
My goal is to build real relationships with my athletes. Not just to train them, but to support them in a way that helps them feel seen, heard, and empowered to reach their goals.
I bring years of experience practicing mindfulness techniques in practice and competition, both as a competitor and coach.
I am officially certified with The Youth Coaching Institute, an ICF accredited program .
I am currently continuing my education and on the path to becoming a professionally certified life coach with the ICF.
I have completed my initial formal training under YCI as a well-being and resistance coach designed specifically for a youth population. I have also been trained in Positive Intelligence and am currently continuing my education while working with clients locally and internationally.

Studies show 3 months of coaching is the most effective duration to meet. Four meetings in the first month, three in the second and two in the third to. Throughout this process we will work together to set and achieve meaningful goals in a structured process.
If you can not financially commit to 3 months one off meetings, bi-weekly, or even monthly meetings will still help you set time aside for yourself and progress.
Another option if finances are an issue, I have a reserved amount of spaces available for sliding scale/pay as you can clients.
In the early stages of sessions, we will talk to share an understanding of your bassline mental, emotional, and physical health. We'll identify areas of imbalance and develop a plan to achieve optimal health and areas for growth.
We will learn what your internal and external assets are, and discover how to leverage them in your favor. We will tap in to your inherent resourcefulness to build on your strengths, talents, abilities, and traits. We will also identify skill gaps and opportunities to learn.

Our sessions will be led in content completely by you to explore your interests. I will serve only as a scaffold to provide structure and progress your interests into powerful and achievable goals.
We will practice mindfulness techniques to identify, relieve stress, and increase our capacity to grow and succeed.
We will explore stress-management skills that will help you reduce stress and improve mental and emotional health. We'll help you develop a personalized stress-management plan.
