I seek to help individuals overcome mental and physical barriers to achieve meaningful goals. I specialize in athletic performance and developing a competitive mindset. Coming from a background in tennis and combat sports, I understand that the work you do outside of practice is just as important as the training itself.
My style is influenced by Internal Family Systems, and positive psychology to understand and accept our human condition. I take a four-step approach of Identify, Plan, Act, Assess.
My role is to provide structure, accountability, and knowledge when appropriate while my clients bring the content and direction.
After years of practicing mindfulness techniques in practice and competition, as a competitor and coach I am now officially certified with an ICF accredited Resilience and Wellbeing program with Youth Coaching Institute. I am currently continuing my education and on the path to becoming a professionally certified life coach with the ICF.
I have completed my initial formal training under YCI as a well-being and resistance coach designed specifically for a youth population. I have also been trained in Positive Intelligence and am currently continuing my education while working with clients locally and internationally.

Studies show 3 months of coaching is the most effective duration to meet. Four meetings in the first month, three in the second and two in the third to. Throughout this process we will work together to set and achieve meaningful goals in a structured process.
If you can not financially commit to 3 months one off meetings, bi-weekly, or even monthly meetings will still help you set time aside for yourself and progress.
Another option if finances are an issue, I have a reserved amount of spaces available for sliding scale/pay as you can clients.
In the early stages of sessions, we will talk to share an understanding of your bassline mental, emotional, and physical health. We'll identify areas of imbalance and develop a plan to achieve optimal health and areas for growth.
We will learn what your internal and external assets are, and discover how to leverage them in your favor. We will tap in to your inherent resourcefulness to build on your strengths, talents, abilities, and traits. We will also identify skill gaps and opportunities to learn.
Identify what is important to you and why. Together we will find ways to make you more successful in deep meaningful endeavors

Our sessions will be led in content completely by you to explore your interests. I will serve only as a scaffold to provide structure and progress your interests into powerful and achievable goals.
Insight is key and necessary to understanding where you want to go, and what could possibly get in your way, but without consistent action steps stagnation is certain. New habit forming skills can be unlock limitless potential and progress you further to your best self.
We will practice mindfulness techniques to identify, relieve stress, and increase our capacity to grow and succeed.
We will explore stress-management skills that will help you reduce stress and improve mental and emotional health. We'll help you develop a personalized stress-management plan.
While every individual experiences life in their own unique way, there are universal emotional pitfalls we must learn to avoid and mental hacks we can use to our advantage. With a basis in positive psychology and influenced by Internal Family Systems, we will explore applicable knowledge.

Life coaching offers numerous benefits that can help improve your health and well-being. Coaching sessions typically last 45 minutes. We can also work with you to create a customized coaching plan that includes shorter or longer sessions, depending on your schedule and goals.
No! You are completely in charge of what we discuss and the goals we set. My role is to support you in achieving those meaningful goals, and provide a structured framework to stay focused on your values and objectives.
